There is a few changes since the last post about Tier9 rankings.
1. If it will be possible, we are going to bind hard mode boss points to lockout, so it would depend on week number rather than day.
"If it will be possible" means if there will be separate achievement for each boss. Otherwise it's impossible to find out precise time of the kill (I wrote about it in the previous post).
If a kill was in Tuesday and we don't know exact time we cannot say which lockout it was (for a US guild). It could be late Monday - previous lockout as well as next lockout.
But I think most probably there will be the achievements http://www.wowhead.com/?achievements=15002, I just don't want to promise something I can't be 100% sure.
2. The endgame will be ranked by Tribute milestone lockout. Those who did next Tribute faster (at least 1 lockout faster) will be ranked higher, no matter how much points they had.
The reason is that each tribute essentially contains previous tribute and it contains all the bosses so there is no reason to compare by points in this case.
I understand you may object this as it might be not so comfortable, but it seems how it was intended to be.
And otherwise I'll get many complains like "we did it faster but they ranked higher!? lolwut".
There will be many guilds that completed the same achievement in the same week. In this case there will be following priority for sorting:
1. Tribute achievement lockout (milestone).
2. Score points (tier9).
3. Score points (tier8).
Update:
There is no individual achievements for the heroic bosses.
Since criteria dates can be buggy, the score will depend only on last boss you defeated.
At the end the score will depend only on Call of the Grand Crusade and Tribute achievements - this way we will know exact times.
Call of the Grand Crusade score will depend on the kill day!

Achievement times
The Armory added achievement times along with dates. It's hidden so you won't see it there, but WoWProgress.com now shows it for you, so you can look at your achievement times and compare it with another guild achievements.
FINALLY we know who took World First Not One, But Two Jormungars!
Note that it's informative only, it doesn't change scores, so the score still calculated using GMT kill date (we don't want to force guilds to recruit 9:00 AM raiders).
Sometimes time is unknown, that means the guild lost many members and WoWProgress.com could not guess the time.
Another issue is that time still undefined for achievement criteria, so for Tier9 bosses we don't know exact time. However we will know times for all achievements, such as Call of the Crusade and all other regular achievements.
